The fourth event of the iRacing Champions League SLM USA International Track Championship added another critical chapter to the six-race title fight, with the season now officially entering its closing stretch. With every race carrying major points implications, this round delivered a tightly contested battle at the front, a breakout performance from a first-time starter, and meaningful shifts throughout the standings as the margin for error continues to shrink.

Riley Halverson II delivered a composed and disciplined performance to score the race win, holding off constant pressure from Nathan Koester for nearly the entire 25-lap distance. Halverson led laps from the pole and never relinquished control, despite Koester remaining firmly within striking distance throughout the run. Halverson also recorded the fastest lap of the race, earning the Quick Time bonus point and walking away with a 13-point night that significantly boosted his championship outlook.

Koester impressed immediately in his first career series start, finishing second after starting alongside the leader and staying locked onto Halverson’s rear bumper until the finish. That result earned Koester 11 points and instantly placed him inside the top ten in the standings despite having only one start to his name. Davis Warren followed in third, rebounding from a tougher prior round to secure a strong points haul and keep himself firmly in the championship fight as the season winds down.

Austin Hull also made his first career start in the series and turned in a solid performance with a fourth-place finish, collecting nine points and immediately making his presence felt. Carter Casey rounded out the top five with a clean and consistent run. Aidan Strawberry finished sixth, continuing a steady stretch of results that has kept him within reach of the podium contenders in the standings.

One of the biggest storylines of the night came from Braxton DeWeese, who entered the race as the championship leader but missed qualifying and was forced to work forward from deep in the field. DeWeese recovered to finish seventh, limiting the damage with six points but allowing others to close the gap. With only two races remaining, that missed qualifying effort may loom large as the title fight tightens.

After four races, the standings now show a clear but far from settled hierarchy. DeWeese continues to lead the championship on consistency alone, but Warren and Halverson have both closed in with wins and bonus points. With just two events left, a single strong night — or a missed opportunity — could completely reshape the championship picture.
