The race behind Strawberry was anything but calm. Carter Jensrud stormed through the field from 10th to finish second, earning Hard Charger honors with a gain of eight positions. Doug Welch secured a podium in third after capitalizing on early race chaos. Just behind, Brayden E Carter and James Roselli completed the top five, both showing resilience after an incident where Roselli and Carter tangled but managed to recover and continue on. Roselli sits another 10 points behind in third, with Seth Gregory and Craig Silby completing the top five. Welch’s podium gave him the biggest boost in the standings, while Jensrud’s runner-up finish immediately placed him among the top 20 in points, a strong debut for his campaign.

As the series pushes past the halfway mark, Weedsport once again delivered a mix of dominance and drama. Strawberry showed why he is the driver to beat, Jensrud announced himself as a serious threat with a breakout run, and Leek’s misfortune reshaped the points battle.
