Parker Leek picked up his first win of the season in the ICL Non Wing National Tour at Huset’s Speedway, turning in a dominant 25-lap performance for his ninth career iRacing Champions League victory. The win came in Leek’s 80th career ICL start and gave him a major boost in the season standings.
Leek started second and took control after Jayden Wolf led the opening laps. Wolf led two laps early and also earned the qualifying fast time bonus point, but Leek became the driver to beat once he moved out front. From there, Leek led 23 laps and controlled the race through the finish.
The final results show just how strong Leek’s pace was. He was the only driver to complete the full distance at the end after lapping up to third place. Leek also set the fastest lap of the race with a 12.346, pairing race-winning control with the best single-lap speed in the feature.
Wolf still came away with a strong points night after finishing second. With 11 race points for second and one bonus point for qualifying fast time, Wolf matched Leek’s 12-point total on the night. That helped Wolf move into third in the National Tour standings with 60 total points.
Broedy Graham finished third in just his third career ICL start, earning his best career finish. Graham started third and finished third, giving him 10 points and a strong result against a competitive National Tour field. Brayden E Carter also had a solid run, charging from ninth to fourth and earning nine points.
Alexander Macy finished fifth after starting fourth, while Bethany Howard came home sixth. Blake A Brooks finished seventh, Carter Markley finished eighth, Braxton Kahler finished ninth, and Brekton F Crouch rounded out the top 10. Carter Markley was the hard charger of the race after gaining two positions from 10th to eighth.
In the standings, Aidan Strawberry continues to lead the ICL Non Wing National Tour with 96 points. Logan Prickett remains second, 11 points back. Wolf’s runner-up finish moved him to third, while Brayden E Carter and Brenden McGlothlin are now tied for fourth with 58 points. Leek’s win moved him to 39 points, putting him sixth overall and keeping him within reach of the top five.
The National Tour points format continues to create movement after every race. Each event pays 12 points to win, then one fewer point for every position behind the winner, with one bonus point available for qualifying fast time. Leek’s win brought him back into the season conversation, while Wolf’s bonus-point night helped him jump into the top three.
