The iRacing Champions League is keeping the Mini Stock momentum rolling with the launch of a brand-new regional title: the Mini Stock Central Region Championship. This will be the first-ever season of the series, built as a true “show up and score” championship where consistency across multiple will decide who earns the crown. With 7 races on the schedule and a mix of iconic short tracks and fast, challenging ovals, this series is designed to test every part of a driver’s game — qualifying speed, racecraft in traffic, and the ability to adapt quickly week to week.

Just like other ICL championships, this series is open to everyone. There’s no signup required, and races can be found under Public Hosted Sessions. If you’re new to ICL , this is one of the best times to jump in — every round matters, and a single big night can completely change the standings. The format keeps the focus on performance: the champion is the driver who scores the most points across races.

There’s also money on the line for eligible drivers. The Mini Stock Central Region Championship will feature a $75 series purse paid to the Top 5 in the final standings — but you must be an ICL VIP member to be eligible for payouts (and VIPs also have access to provisionals). Everyone can race for free and chase the title, but VIP status is the requirement for collecting on the purse.

With this being the first season of the Central Region Championship, we don’t have Central-specific history yet — but we do have a very clear look at who’s hot in ICL Mini Stocks right now from the East Region action. Aidan Strawberry proved to be the definition of a points racer, winning the championship by a single point through consistent top runs. Brayden E Carter showed championship-level speed and closed the season with a major win, nearly taking the title at the buzzer. Tucker Schroerlucke was arguably the fastest driver at points in the season, ripping off a win streak that made him the standard every week. And drivers like Jesse Henderson and Jarod Fowler2 built serious momentum late, showing that one breakout stretch can launch you straight into the top tier. Expect those names — and the new drivers who want to challenge them — to be the early storylines as Central Region kicks off.

What makes this series especially exciting is the track list. This isn’t a one-style schedule. It’s a rotation of short tracks with different corner shapes, braking zones, and racing lanes — meaning no one can “one-trick” their way to a title. If you’re going to win this championship, you’ll have to be good everywhere.
