Mason Inman made his return to iRacing Champions League competition a winning one, capturing Round 10 of the Modified National Tour at USA International Speedway Dirt. Making his first ICL start since January 2025, Inman started from the pole, led all 20 laps and earned the qualifying fast-time bonus to complete a perfect 13-point night. The victory was the second of Inman’s career in his 28th career ICL start.
Inman controlled the race from the opening lap and never surrendered the top spot. He also recorded the fastest lap of the feature at 22.239 seconds, completing a sweep of nearly everything available on the night. Aidan Strawberry started sixth and worked his way forward to finish second, closing to within 1.469 seconds of Inman at the checkered flag and collecting another 11 points toward his Modified National Tour championship campaign.
Thomas Smith IV put together another strong run, finishing third from the second starting position. Darren Diggs followed in fourth, while Braxton D Richter produced one of the biggest moves toward the front by charging from 10th to fifth. Andrew K. Bogusz finished sixth from 11th, Brandon Holtmeier advanced from 14th to seventh, and Aidan Trivette2 came home eighth.
Brayden E Carter had one of the most dramatic charges through the field. Carter started 21st and climbed all the way to ninth, gaining 12 positions over the 20-lap feature. Jason Wooldridge II rounded out the top 10 after starting 13th. Several other drivers further back in the order completed partial distances, but the front of the race belonged completely to Inman.
The championship picture continues to favor Strawberry, whose runner-up result pushes him to 76 points. Darren Diggs remains second with 65, leaving Strawberry with an 11-point advantage. Carter’s charge to ninth helped him strengthen third at 50 points, while Tanner Riedel sits fourth with 38 and Doug Welch fifth with 36.
Thomas Smith IV made the biggest move inside the top 10 standings, climbing three positions to sixth with 24 points. Andy Hunter and Jensen Pray2 are tied for seventh at 19, Tyler Bickford sits ninth with 16, and Kenny Douglas rounds out the top 10 with 14. With 11 races remaining in the 21-race Modified National Tour season, the championship is far from over, but Strawberry continues to build a valuable margin through consistent top finishes.
Inman’s return adds another notable winner to Season 3. After more than a year and a half away from ICL competition, he needed just one night to return to victory lane. With the Modified National Tour continuing to produce different winners and major swings through the standings, the second half of the season remains wide open.
