The iRacing Champions League is expanding its lineup with the introduction of the ICL Showcase Series, a new collection of special events designed to give ICL competitors a chance to race more events that do not currently fit into our established series.

Unlike a standard series built around one car, discipline, or season-long schedule, the Showcase Series will feature a constantly changing mix of one-off events. Some races may replicate or draw inspiration from major real-world motorsports events, while others could be completely new creations to ICL competition.

Showcase Series events will be open to everyone, allowing any iRacing competitor to jump in and compete. In addition to individual event results, drivers will accumulate Showcase Series points throughout each month.

At the end of every month, a $75 purse will be paid to the top five drivers who score the most points across all Showcase Series events held during that month. Monthly Showcase Series payouts will be available to both ICL Silver and Gold members, adding another opportunity for members to compete for prize money while still allowing everyone to participate in the events themselves.

Individual Showcase races may also occasionally feature their own separate prize purses. When announced, some of these special-event payouts may be available exclusively to ICL Gold members, giving the league additional flexibility to build larger or more prestigious standalone races throughout the Showcase calendar.

The Showcase Series will begin in a major way with the upcoming ICL 360 Knoxville Nationals and ICL 410 Knoxville Nationals. The two Knoxville Nationals events will serve as the first races under the new Showcase Series banner and set the tone for the type of special-event racing the program was created to feature.
