The iRacing Champions League Midget National Tour made its latest stop at the famed Knoxville Raceway on September 5, 2025, with 34 entries checking in for action. Under hot summer conditions, fans witnessed a flag-to-flag drive from Seth Gregory, who scored a dominant win in the 20-lap main event.

Gregory Unstoppable, Strawberry Survives Drama

Starting from the pole, Gregory made the most of his track position, pacing all 20 laps to secure his second win of the season. The victory earned him 13 points (12 for the win, plus 1 for fast time) and vaulted him into second place in the championship standings.

Behind him, Mason Skinner kept the pressure on, finishing just 0.223 seconds back. Rookie Michael Dawson impressed with a third-place run after climbing from 7th, while Aaron Jesina crossed the line in fourth. Points leader Aidan Strawberry endured a wild momentβ€”getting turned down the frontstretchβ€”but miraculously recovered to finish 5th, limiting the damage to his championship advantage.

The night’s Hard Charger honors went to Gunnar Pio, who advanced from 13th on the grid to finish 8th, gaining five positions against the tough Knoxville field.

Points Picture Tightens with Season Heating Up

After four rounds, consistency has kept Strawberry atop the standings with 42 points and two wins to his name. Gregory’s Knoxville sweep elevated him to second place with 25 points, closing the gap to 17 markers. With plenty of races left on the calendar, Gregory has emerged as the primary challenger to Strawberry’s title hopes.

Behind the top two, the battle for third is wide open. Tyler Bowman and James Roselli are tied at 15 points apiece, while a deep pack including Cullen Hutchison, Gavyn Krupp, and several first-time entrants remain within striking distance. Every qualifying session and finishing position matters, with single points making the difference between top-five and mid-pack in the standings.
