The iRacing Champions League Midget National Tour rolls into Limaland Motorsports Park for Round 7 of Season 3. With six races now complete, the battle for the championship is heating up as every point becomes more crucial.

Limaland has produced two very different stories across the first two seasons. In Season 1 (2022), Mitchell Huddleston was flawless, leading every lap from the pole. Behind him, Eli Bodine and Kyle Mitchell rounded out a steady podium in a race where track position proved vital.

Two years later, Season 2 (2024) was one of the most competitive races the tour has seen at this quarter-mile. Caden Kvapil came out on top after a spirited fight with Craig Silby, with the pair trading the lead twice before Kvapil secured the win. Attrition played a role, as several front runners dropped out and opened the door for surprise top-five finishes.

This season, the tour arrives at Limaland with the championship picture tightening. The points are separated by only a handful at the front β€” with multiple drivers still in striking distance. Fast-time bonuses and the ability to maximize feature points have already proven decisive in recent weeks, and Limaland’s demanding layout should only amplify that trend. A slip in qualifying or one mistake on the bottom groove could be the difference between gaining ground or falling behind in the standings.
